F&P Interiors is a local business that specialises in online sales of designer wallpaper, home décor and home accessories, including custom made armchairs/sofas. F&P was established in 2000 and have steadily grown since then, opening a physical Sussex Showroom in 2014 before launching a monthly online magazine in 2016 and a brand new Magento 2 website in 2017.
The Project
F&P’s website went live in late 2017, and they approached us in early 2018 after their previous developers had been unable to deliver certain tasks that they had requested. As we always like to say, given the right time and effort there is nothing that cannot be done within Magento, and we quickly started working with F&P. Since the start of our partnership with them we’ve quickly ironed out some of the kinks that had existed since going live. We have added DPD and Royal Mail as courier options, and integrated with Mailgun, a powerful email automation tool. We have also worked closely with them to ensure effective use of Google Analytics.
The Outcome
Our relationship with F&P has been encouraging so far. We’re ambitious about supporting them going forward, and have had positive discussions about adding some complex functionalities to their website in the near future.
